Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. All orders are shipped through FedEx with signature confirmation for your security. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened or tampered with.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
