All orders are shipped through FedEx with signature confirmation for safe and reliable delivery.
Do you ship overseas?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, we currently ship within the United States only. But don’t worry, we’re working on expanding worldwide soon. ✈️ Join our mailing list to be the first to know when Solace Seamless becomes international.
Can I pay for express delivery?
At this time, all orders ship with FedEx standard service. We are working to offer express options in the near future.

Yes — every Solace Seamless weft is crafted from 100% virgin cuticle human hair. That means natural shine, silky movement, and luxury quality you can see and feel.
Is your hair Remy? And what does this mean?
Yes. Remy hair means each strand is collected and aligned in the same direction, keeping the cuticle intact. The result? Extensions that resist tangling, stay soft, and blend seamlessly with your natural hair.

Can the Hair extensions be straightened, curled or tonged?
Yes — our extensions are made from 100% human hair, so they can be heat-styled just like your natural hair. Always use a heat protectant and avoid excessive heat to maintain the longevity of the hair.
How should I sleep with my hair extensions?
We recommend loosely braiding your hair or securing it in a low ponytail before bed to prevent tangling. Always sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction and keep your extensions smooth and frizz-free.
Can I swim with my hair extensions?
Yes, but we suggest taking precautions. Salt water and chlorine can dry out extensions, so apply a leave-in conditioner before swimming and rinse your hair immediately after. For best protection, wear your hair in a braid
How Should Hair extensions be washed?
Yes. Wash your extensions with a sulfate-free, hydrating shampoo and conditioner. Gently pat dry and avoid rough towel drying. For best results, use a lightweight, water-based leave-in conditioner to keep the hair soft and nourished. We always recommend consulting with your stylist for product suggestions that work seamlessly with both your natural hair type and your extensions.
Can the Hair extensions be dyed or toned?
Yes — since our hair is virgin cuticle human hair, it can be toned or colored. We recommend having a licensed professional perform any color services to protect the integrity of the extensions.
How can I make my extensions last longer?
Your extensions can last 6–12 months with the right care. To get the most out of them, here’s what to avoid:
Sleeping with wet hair – always dry fully before bed to prevent matting.
Skipping your brush – brush 2–3 times a day with a boar bristle brush to avoid tangles.
Sulfate shampoos – they strip moisture and shorten the lifespan of your extensions.
Heavy oils or silicones near the weft – these can cause slippage and buildup.
Excessive heat without protectant – always use a thermal spray and keep tools on low to medium.
Rough towel drying – pat gently instead of rubbing to prevent breakage.
Chemical sunscreens with avobenzone/octocrylene – these can turn blonde extensions orange; opt for mineral sunscreen instead.
Swimming without protection – braid your hair, apply leave-in conditioner, and rinse right after to protect against salt and chlorine.
Delaying move-up appointments – extensions need maintenance every 6–8 weeks to stay secure and protect your natural hair.

RETURNS
Can the Hair extensions and products be returned?
Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened or tampered with.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
What if I need a different length or shade?
If you need to exchange for a different length or shade, the package must remain unopened and sealed. Only unopened products are eligible for exchange.
Under no circumstance will opened packages be accepted for return or exchange.
